  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or recruitment within the education sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership

    : Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving educational sales and recruitment goals. Provide guidance and support in executing marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Development

    : Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at boosting student enrollment and enhancing brand visibility across various platforms. Tailor approaches to effectively reach target demographics.
  • Relationship Building

    : Establish and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions, partners, and key stakeholders. Collaborate to create mutually beneficial opportunities and enhance our presence within the education community.
  • Market Analysis

    : Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Campaign Management

    : Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact and reach.
  • Reporting and Insights

    : Provide regular reports on marketing performance and enrollment outcomes. Use data to refine strategies and share insights with the team and senior management.
