JOB PURPOSE

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Support- Assist the COO in strategic planning and implementation of initiatives,providing insights that are aligned with organizational goals
Project Management- Support the COO in managing various projects, tracking milestones,deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Communication and Correspondence- Act as a primary point of contact for internal andexternal stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence with professionalism anddiscretion
Document Preparation- Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports asneeded, ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication
Collaboration- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to facilitate effectivecommunication and coordination of activities related to organizational strategyConfidentiality- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, maintainingdiscretion and integrity in all interactions
