Position Name: Sales Manager No of Positions: 3 Locations: Rajasthan, Punjab & Madhya Pradesh Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. You should have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to optimize performance. Monitor sales metrics and report on team performance to senior management. Identify new market opportunities and customer needs. Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Sales Experience in Drone or Agricultural Machinery Industry Proven track record of success in a sales role, with 5+ years in a managerial position. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to travel as needed.
