The role holder is responsible to align on-boarding, training and regular assessments of the admission team members across GSG to ensure that they are constantly upskilled on sales skills, communication, CRM and product knowledge.
Work closely with the geo specific teams as well as the leadership at GSF to plan regular training sessions for admission counsellors across all campuses.
Introduce quality monitoring across the admission team members across GSF
Managing the database and training reports for each admission counsellor and campus level teams supported by a seamless feedback mechanism to track progress of efforts directed towards knowledge and skill enhancement.
Escalate areas of improvement or concerns based on pre-defined thresholds of acceptable performance metrics so that interventions and support actions are planned accordingly.
Maintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry.
