Job Summary:

Manager – Record to Report (R2R)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Record to Report (R2R) process including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Manage the team responsible for general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and reporting.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across entities.
Collaborate with internal teams (AP, AR, FP&A, Tax) and external auditors.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs/SLAs and ensure adherence to internal controls.
Ensure compliance with SOX, statutory and internal audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

CA, CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in R2R/GL Accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience working in a shared services/BPO/KPO environment is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to manage global stakeholders.
Willing to work in a night shift (06:00 PM – 03:30 AM IST) from the Thane office.
