Manager - Record To Report

As a Manager Record to Report (R2R), your role involves leading and managing the R2R operations for the organization. You are expected to have deep knowledge of accounting processes, strong leadership skills, and experience in a global, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Record to Report (R2R) process, which includes tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, month-end, and year-end closing. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting while complying with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). - Manage the team handling general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and reporting. - Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across different entities. - Collaborate with internal teams like AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, and external auditors. - Prepare and present financial reports to senior stakeholders. - Monitor KPIs/SLAs to ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with SOX, statutory, and internal audit requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Preferred qualifications include CA, CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent. - Minimum 10 years of experience in R2R/GL Accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Experience in shared services/BPO/KPO environments is advantageous. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc. - Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. - Excellent communication abilities to manage global stakeholders effectively. - Willingness to work in a night shift (06:00 PM - 03:30 AM IST) at the Thane office.
