SUMMARY Position: Manager Project Sales Must Have: Should have min 5 years of experience in Project sales. Must have from building material industry Qualification: Any Graduate /Bachelors degree in business or related field Location: Chennai Experience: Min 5 Years Product Line: Architectural hardware / Door Automation / Glass fittings/ Access control Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new Architecture, Contractors, Builders. Provide support and training to the team Manage the performance of existing projects, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue. Develop and maintain strong relationships with, Architecture, Contractors, Builders and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills . Time management and organizational skills. Flexibility and adaptability to change. A desire to learn and grow in the Project management field.
