Responsible for Land Transportation Procurement & Its performance for smooth connection at right cost.

- Driving Middle Mile Cost along with Operation matrices
S&OP
- Responsible to improving supply chain visibility. Align demand, supply, and financial planning to optimize Cost & ultimately improve Customer service.
Network

Planning
Responsible for Network Planning, Execution & Optimization to improve service and cost.
Transshipments
- Aligned for Route & Transshipment planning.
Capacity

Utilization
_Daily PTL connection until review and plan to improve utilization.
Daily

Review
-Warehouse floor ageing review and plan to control, Cost update and plan to control.
Handling

Team

/Managing

floor
for providing quality services to Company/Customers.
Operation

Planning

Control
- Responsible for LH Operation planning & control for PAN India in term of performance like SLA/Placement/Costing/Smooth operation and customer service.

Experience: 10+ years in procurement, pricing, or logistics roles,
