Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing field sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve Air freight targets Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through client meetings, cold calls, and networking Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential and current clients to assess their needs and provide tailored air and ocean freight solutions Explore and enter new markets and regions to expand the customer base and increase market share Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients through regular visits and personalized service Coordinate with internal teams to ensure field sales activities align with overall business objectives.
