Manager - Pricing

As a part of the Lenskart team, you will play a crucial role in improving Lenskart's leadership position in pricing by delivering actionable insights across business units, categories, and brands globally. You will be responsible for executing strategic pricing initiatives, collaborating with various functions to drive revenue growth and inventory efficiency goals, running in-depth analytics, analyzing consumer needs, and cultivating internal and external partnerships. Your focus will be on enhancing customer experience and growth drivers through product pricing and pricing communication. - Focus on improving Lenskart's leadership position in pricing by delivering actionable insights across business units, categories, and brands globally. - Execute strategic pricing initiatives designed based on a deep understanding of pricing's connection to business goals and competitive pressures. - Collaborate with merchandising, channels, category, technology, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and inventory efficiency goals. - Run in-depth analytics by analyzing the performance of the current pricing strategy, reviewing information on new customers, sales, profits, margins, repeat rates, and more. - Customer obsession by analyzing consumer needs, understanding buying behavior, online and offline journeys, and identifying resistance areas in those journeys. - Cultivate internal and external partnerships, collaborate with teams, and demonstrate problem-solving skills and strong work ethics. - Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, finance, business, marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years" experience in areas such as merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, data analysis, statistics, or related fields. - Hands-on experience with tools like PowerBI or Tableau, and querying languages such as SQL, Python, or R. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Solid understanding of financial, economic, and general business concepts and terminology. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, cross-functional relationship management, and problem-solving abilities. - Professional attitude, team player, work standards, service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Self-starter with an innovative mindset.,
