Manager - Pricing

As a Manager - Pricing at HSBC, your role will involve ensuring the validity and accuracy of data records on Back-office systems, escalating and tracking vendor issues, and acting as a single point of contact for various teams. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough analysis on assigned projects, driving change to achieve business goals, staying updated on market/regulatory updates, and identifying opportunities for process improvement with effective controls. Key Responsibilities: - Verify the validity and accuracy of each data record on Back-office systems - Escalate all vendor issues in a timely manner and track them to resolution - Act as a single point of contact for information needed by various teams - Conduct effective analysis on assigned projects with end-end view from vendor to consumer - Drive and manage change to achieve business goals such as process improvements - Stay updated on Market/Regulatory updates and their impact on the process - Identify areas of opportunity within processes and recommend/build effective controls - Manage vendors effectively and ensure timely resolution of all vendor issues on data - Review, communicate, and implement procedural changes/new initiatives - Prepare up-to-date reports and presentations for senior management meetings Qualifications Required: - Prior experience with reference data (static and pricing) for major financial hubs - Excellent knowledge of vendor systems like LSEG, Bloomberg, etc. - Proficient in stakeholder management, written and verbal communication - Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and high accuracy - Ability to work on own initiative and possess excellent MS Office skills - Experience in managing large data modules with good documentation governance - Willingness to work flexible hours including Night Shift/Rotation Shift At HSBC, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and be valued for your contributions.
