Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Manager who can wear multiple hats and lead cross-functional teams in an IT company. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of business development, graphic designing, social media strategy, and coding to effectively manage teams and ensure project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the team to achieve high performance and engagement
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and goal alignment
Monitor performance, set objectives, and provide regular feedback
Promote a collaborative and positive work culture
Support strategic planning with senior management
Analyze reports and data to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
4+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
