We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager – Partnerships & Alliance to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships. This role will focus on creating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem
partners (contractors, architects, suppliers, consultants) who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.
● Identify and onboard strategic partners including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction.
● Build and manage long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.
● Negotiate partnership terms and contracts ensuring mutual value creation.
● Actively scout for individuals and institutions that own land and are looking to build commercial establishments.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns, events, and workshops targeting landowners and potential partners.
● Create and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial project leads through strategic alliances.
● Act as the bridge between partners and internal project teams ensuring smooth project onboarding and execution.
● Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Operations, Design, etc.) to enable seamless project kick-offs post partnership acquisition.
● Keep a close watch on competitor strategies, partner ecosystems, and market trends in commercial real estate and construction.
● Share insights and help shape partnership strategies to align with business objectives.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
● 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
● Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
● Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
