Job Description

What are we looking for?

detail-oriented finance professional

What does the job entail?

Coordinate with stakeholders to
review and upload expense provisions in SAP
within defined timelines.
Prepare and analyze
monthly operating expense reports
for management and internal use.
Conduct
variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals, MoM comparisons)
and identify trends, anomalies, and corrective actions.
Perform
expense reconciliations, control checks, and data validations
to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare
segment-wise expense allocations
and refine models in line with business and regulatory requirements.
Support
IRDAI and BAP regulatory reporting
, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with internal teams for
ad-hoc financial analysis and audit requirements
.
Conduct training sessions to enhance
provisioning accuracy and accounting understanding
across departments.
Coordinate with
internal, statutory, and regulatory auditors
for smooth closure of audits.

Work Experience:

5 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in
Advanced Excel (Pivot, Lookups, MIS automation)
Hands-on experience in
SAP FI/CO Module
Strong knowledge of
Expense Allocation Models & Provisioning Processes
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for
accuracy and compliance
