We are looking for a Technology Specialist who can manage, maintain, and scale our technology stack while also driving innovation in AI-powered systems that deliver global Ayurveda solutions. Key Responsibilities Shopify Website Management & Development - Manage and customize our Shopify websites for Herbal Chakra brands. - Handle custom developments (apps, themes, API integrations). - Optimize performance, checkout flows, and user experience. Odoo ERP/CRM Management (Important requirement) - Manage and maintain our Odoo ERP/CRM platform. - Configure and troubleshoot modules across sales, inventory, finance, and tele-sales. - Build and manage integrations with external tools (Shopify, Amazon, shipping, payments). AI Systems & Chatbots (Major Requirement) - Plan, develop, and manage AI-powered chatbots and consultation systems. - Work with LLMs (Large Language Models), conversational AI, and automation tools. - Integrate AI systems with Shopify, Odoo, tele-sales, and customer support workflows. - Build scalable automation pipelines for free global consultations and customer engagement. - Stay ahead of advancements in AI/ML and suggest new implementations for business growth.
