Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new and existing customers. Educate customers on the benefits of Herbal Chakra’s products. Understand customer health issues and recommend suitable remedies. Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback. Follow up with interested prospects and nurture long-term relationships. Collaborate with the internal team on promotional offers and customer queries. Required Skills: 1–5 years of BDE or customer service experience (Ayurveda/wellness domain preferred). Excellent verbal communication in English. Ability to understand and empathize with customer health concerns. Knowledge of Ayurveda is an advantage (training will be provided). Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.
