Manager - Operations Excellence - Quality Six Sigma KRAs Identify projects as per business needs and draft appropriate business case, problem statement and goal statement D rive GB projects and mentor GB team members for execution and completion of project Forecast benefits of GB projects in terms of HDS/SDS/CSAT, track the same through the execution of project as well as post that and present the benefits as part of Control phase and closure of the project Define processes as per standard requirement Define audit checklist Train resources on auditing as per audit checklist Identify gaps in implementation and fix gaps Identify measurement parameters to improve process performance Review with internal and external stakeholders, data behavior and patterns Analyze audit reports and drive process enhancements Review internal/external escalations to redefine audit control points Should be able to conceptualize new processes as per business requirement Conduct FMEA on process to ensure that control points are built in the process Enhance processes to make them lean Other skills Mobilizes self, team and unit for large client related changes; and other external changes in market, technology etc. Responsible for predictive business planning for the unit/ organization, develops successors in a structured manner Fosters an open climate and cross functional collaboration Persuades and motivates the unit/ team for optimum performance and sets benchmarks Able to articulate the people value-add to customers and other external stakeholders Uses effective interpersonal and communication skills to gain acceptance of and commitment to plans, ideas, initiatives, etc. Can manage multiple small projects or a large project plan, multitasks and manages the plans of others Plans and monitors actions and tactics to ensure effective and efficient use of resources in order to make the greatest impact on the business objectives Green belt certification is a added benefit.
