Job Description

Build & establish trust with your clients & business partners to better serve their organizations Work with diverse teams to come up with the most optimal solutions to client issues Develop detailed project documentation including business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and user stories. Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and an inclusive environment Support project leads / coaches in executing various transformation driven consulting engagements Deliver in areas such as process improvement analysis, business process re-engineering, and delivery/ implementation of large technology solutions. Conduct required project specific research, data analysis, templates & reports Create work related materials / literature, which may include PowerPoint Proposals decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products Present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members Assist in proposal development and business development initiatives Actively support in ongoing research & contributing to thought leadership Be encouraged to explore different competency areas to discover your personal strengths / interest areas. Technical qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant certification such as CIA, CPA, CISA, PMP is a plus 3+ years of work experience. Prior experience working with Big 8 firms or similar consulting environments A bility to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies Familiarity with SQL and database management Experience with data visualization Proficiency in technical writing Proven ability to manage projects and oversee user testing Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning Experience in developing process documentation and report Functional qualities: Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly understand and leverage information, conceptual and creative problem- solving excellence. Tech-driven mindset, and up to date with digital and technology literature and trends in the domain Excellent communications skills in English and ability to articulate problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and an inclusive environment Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project Comfortable with ambiguous / dynamic situations Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English. Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt in varied environments Comfortable travelling at short notice A sense of humour
