Assist in developing a value proposition for the CHRO vertical with focus on HRIS implementation and development of training program. Conduct necessary research to identify hey trends in HR 3.0 and how they can be effectively integrated in our solution offerings Identify suitable partnerships and maintain relationships with third party service providers and consultants Gather knowledge of AI and its implications in the human resource function with special emphasis on HRIS implementation and development of learning modules Provide inputs and perspectives on HR product solutions that can be developed as part of Innovation Labs Develop, monitor and manage budgets effectively pertaining to the CHRO vertical to ensure profitability Leverage the use of HRIS and LMS data to provide data intelligence to Clientele and enable data-driven decision B. Learning and Development Lead the development of the in-house flagship learning program focused on building behavioural competencies in the workplace to increase productivity Developing and implementing learning strategies that will better the client value proposition Assist in designing key courses and modules with special emphasis on the inhouse training program Identify capability gaps in the program design to address current and future Client needs Conduct relevant deep dives to understand key pain points in Clients while trying to build program modules Monitor feedback provided from clients and suggest measures to improve program quality Identify suitable partnerships, technology alliances or otherwise where there is synergy to offer a comprehensive solution Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies, and innovative practices to continuously improve L&D initiatives. C. HRIS Implementation and Adoption Lead the planning, design, and execution of the HRIS implementation projects. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure cadence with internal and external stakeholders Ensure alignment of the HRIS system with organizational goals and compliance requirements of the Client Drive change management initiatives during project execution to ensure smooth transition to the new system. Deploy a system that effectively measure key HR metrics to enable Clients to leverage data-driven decision-making. Oversee ongoing maintenance, updates, and optimization of the HRIS platform for key accounts and leverage the Managed Services offering Offer the Manpower Analytics Service Offering in addition to the ongoing Address user feedback to improve system functionality and usability and the overall value proposition Stay updated on trends in HRIS technology to recommend future upgrades or enhancements D. Technical Qualifications Bachelors degree or MBA degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications 5 + years of work experience. Prior experience working with Big 8 firms or HR consulting environments Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio Project Management Expertise to drive successful implementations Familiarity with HRIS Platforms Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods and familiarity with e-learning platforms and products Knowledge of AI tools and its implications in the HR domain E. Functional Qualifications Strategic thinking ability with experience in project management and budgeting Strong interpersonal skills to foster Client relationships and build internal teams Ability to analyse data to measure program success and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and an inclusive environment Comfortable with ambiguous / dynamic situations Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English. Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt in varied environments Comfortable travelling at short notice A sense of humour
