Job Description

We are once again ramping operations to meet the surge in client business. For our operations in India, we are looking to on-board experienced senior recruiters. While our operations are headquartered in New Delhi, these roles would be 100% remote, but we need the recruiters to be located in either Bengaluru, Pune or NCR. Role and responsibilities Perform full cycle recruiting to support multi-stack technology staffing requirements Resume screen, phone screen, conduct interviews, administer aptitude tests, conduct background checks, and manage the details related to employment offers Identify and implement strategic sourcing plans by creatively conducting research and utilizing a multitude of resources Recruit active and passive candidates using job-boards, social media, networking and other online tools Generate a group of strongly qualified candidates in advance of need; creating a talent pipeline Ensures actions to source, attract, and recruit diverse talent and this approach is consistently embedded in sourcing strategies Enables the attraction of diverse talent into the organization and developing multiple talent pipelines through strategic attraction and recruitment activities Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan Work with interviewers and hiring managers to develop screening questionnaires Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their skills and proficiency levels Serve as a skilled problem solver, facilitator and coach in final negotiations Effectively utilize and manage all aspects of the hiring process and keep systems up to date to allow for metric monitoring and to periodically present performance reports Candidate profile Graduate in any stream MUST have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience MUST have a minimum of 3 years in technical recruiting experience Good communication skills Computer navigation skills should be strong Well versed with social media tools
