Job Description

As a Process Manager at Associated Motorways (Pvt) Ltd (AMW), a member of the Al-Futtaim Group, you will play a crucial role in leading business process improvement, standardization, and transformation initiatives across all functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and enhancing end-to-end business processes across various functions such as Sales, After-Sales, Logistics, and other key business units. - Identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-adding activities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback. - Leading process re-engineering and transformation initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and drive service excellence. - Developing and implementing SOPs, process maps, and KPIs to monitor and sustain performance improvements. - Applying the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology for continuous process implementation and improvement. - Collaborating with IT and Business Systems teams to digitize workflows, introduce automation, and adopt new technologies. - Working closely with the Internal Audit team to ensure compliance and strengthen process controls and governance mechanisms. - Championing the use of Agile methodology to drive iterative improvements and faster execution. - Establishing governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for ongoing improvement. - Training and guiding process owners and functional teams on process discipline, documentation, and best practices. - Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all business functions. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline; Masters Degree and/or professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred. - Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP would be an advantage. - Minimum 8 years experience in process improvement, operations, or business transformation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across multiple functions. - Proven project management capability and experience managing organizational change. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and promote digital transformation initiatives. - Exposure to automotive, service, or distribution industries preferred, with knowledge of industry-specific processes. - Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
