Manager - Training and Development (Non-Technical)

Role Overview: Boasting a rich heritage of more than 75 years in the Automotive industry, Associated Motorways (Pvt) Ltd. (AMW) are the authorized agents for vehicle brands such as Nissan, Suzuki, Renault, Yamaha, and New Holland tractors, supported by AMW Capital Leasing & Finance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs tailored to technical, operational, and leadership development needs. - Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization. - Develop competency frameworks and career development pathways for various roles. - Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies. - Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires. - Manage external training vendors and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. - Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with business goals. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector. - Familiarity with digital learning platforms and LMS systems preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
