The engaging and supportive work environment, coupled with a company culture that recognizes and rewards quality performance, provides you with the chance to push your limits every single day. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain customer satisfaction levels and retain them with the company. - Coordinate department activities to improve the efficiency of the body shop. - Instruct the body shop staff team to carry out quality jobs, monitor their tasks, guide, and coach them to achieve a high level of productivity. - Handle customer complaints/inquiries and drive the team towards high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). - Achieve given targets while maintaining a high level of team morale and motivation. - Prepare repair estimates and coordinate with insurance companies for approvals. - Manage the equipment and inventories of the Service Department, submitting proposals for purchasing new tools and equipment when required. - Ensure the best level of cleaning and housekeeping is maintained in the body shop. - Maintain the best housekeeping practices at the Service Center at all times. - Ensure the best safety practices are maintained at the Service Center office at all times. - Maintain effective customer care to enhance/maintain the good image of the company. - Support Service Managers in day-to-day work. **Qualifications Required:** - GCE A/L in mathematics. - Two years of experience in a similar capacity. - Trade level certificate for Automobile Engineering from a recognized institute. - Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive engineering will be an added qualification. - Computer literacy (MS Office packages). - Proficiency in English. - Professionally qualified to manage a team. - Qualified to maintain good PR and interpersonal relationships. - Heavy vehicle driving license.
