Raaj Industrial Lubricants Ltd. (a subsidiary of Raaj Unocal Lubricants Ltd.) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth across Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients (e.g. Tata, Hero, Escorts, Hyundai, Mahindra, Honda, Eicher, Minda, Hella, Valeo, Schaeffler, etc.), OEMs, private label, and contract manufacturing.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute strategic sales and marketing plans

• Build and manage B2B relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients and OEMs

• Identify new business opportunities (private label, contract manufacturing)

• Drive SKU expansion through market research and competitor analysis

• Monitor sales KPIs and report to senior leadership

• Ensure excellent post-sales support and client satisfaction

• Manage departmental budgeting and forecasting

✅ Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Bachelor’s in BBA, B.Com, or Marketing (MBA preferred)

• 6–10 years in automotive/lubricants sales & business development

• Minimum 4–5 years continuous experience in the lubricants industry

• Strong technical knowledge of lubricants, coolants, and greases

• Proven sales performance and leadership skills

• Willingness to travel as required

• Strong B2B experience with Tier 1 & Tier 2 clients in lubricant sales

• Currently working in a lubricant company
