Key Responsibilities:

Team Building and Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier sales team.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy sales culture focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional results.

Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives to expand our market presence.

Sales Process Management:

• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Ensure the sales team utilizes CRM tools effectively for pipeline management and reporting.

Client Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Market Insights:

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings based on market needs and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the high ticket edtech space.
• Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth.
