Role Description We are looking for a Sales Manager (Hospitality) to join our team in Goa. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in hospitality services, including rooms, banquets, F&B, and events. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also lead a small team and coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless event execution Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for hospitality and event services. Generate new leads and manage existing client accounts. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver high-quality service. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare sales reports and track performance. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality sales (resorts, hotels, banquets, or events). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, event sales, and Goa’s local market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to lead a small sales team and work cross-functionally. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
