Role Description

Sales Manager (Hospitality)


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for hospitality and event services.
  • Generate new leads and manage existing client accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance.


Qualifications

  • Minimum

    3+ years of experience

    in hospitality sales (resorts, hotels, banquets, or events).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, event sales, and Goa’s local market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to lead a small sales team and work cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
