About Flexmoney:

Flexmoney’s mission is to “Re-imagine Consumer Finance” for the mobile-first digital

consumer. Our omni-channel digital affordability platform enables merchants, brands and

other partners to seamlessly embed contextual affordability options across all customer

touchpoints and sales channels to drive the highest conversion and increase customer

satisfaction and loyalty. We work with trusted lending partners (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs) to

develop and offer RBI-compliant, digital credit products embedded in consumer journeys.


Flexmoney was instrumental in creating and establishing the “Cardless EMI” payment

category enabling lenders to offer a fully-digital transacting EMI instrument to their users

without the need for a credit card. Our market-leading Online Digital EMI platform powers

affordability for over 68,000 online merchants (including direct integration with marquee

merchants Flipkart, Amazon and MakeMyTrip) across categories such as travel,

insurance, home, fashion, sports, electronics, mobiles, health and wellness amongst others.

We offer the largest supply of pre-approved digital EMI credit lines (64M+) helping

drive best-in-class digital affordability coverage and conversion for our merchants and brand

customers.


To power the next phase of Flexmoney’s growth we have expanded our platform capabilities

dramatically. In addition to our market-leading Online Digital EMI platform, InstaCred TM 360,

Flexmoney’s NEW omni-channel Affordability Suite now enables sales associate-

assisted affordability journeys across all channels - in-store, via tele-callers and

also for face-to-face agent sales. The InstaCred TM 360 Affordability Suite will enable

Flexmoney to deliver omni-channel affordability solutions to merchants for finance-led

segments such as Edtech, Travel, Home, Insurance, Mobiles, Home, Health & Wellness etc


We are looking for highly motivated Sales candidates who will manage Sales, Partnerships

and Key Account Management for Merchants and Commerce partners for our future growth.

This person will be responsible for managing the Enterprise Sales function for the merchant

business – this includes direct sales of our Universal Affordability Platform solution to

specific accounts (merchants and marketplaces), vertical specific GTMs and adoption across

multiple commerce segments and driving successful licensing partnerships with key

aggregators (PG, POS and QR) and other commerce partners.


In addition to direct sales, this person will be responsible for relationship management and

revenue growth of key accounts and laying out and executing on a clear go to market

strategy involving a combination of direct enterprise sales to key accounts alongside vertical

solutions and licensing-based distribution partnerships of the Universal Affordability

Platform.


Finally, this person will be responsible for meeting aggressive sales targets as well as

managing and growing monetization of key accounts and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

Excellent Network and connects in the relevant target corporate customers:

Hunting is a critical role requirement. We expect you to have deep connects with the

decision makers in the relevant business verticals and corporates which is critical to

getting entry, negotiating commercials and closing the deal with the prospective

corporate customers.

Market Mapping, Sales Strategy and Plan Creation & Execution:

be able to segment the market landscape to implement the organizational sales

strategy, business plan and revenue targets for merchant adoption and monetization

across all segments and successfully execute on the same.

Have a Pulse of the Market and Rapidly Identify New Opportunities:

our eyes and ears in the market as we create this new category of Universal

Affordability. We expect you to have your finger on the pulse of the market across

various customer segments and to spot new opportunities and gaps in the market and

that we can develop new products and solutions for.

Direct Sales and Adoption by Key Accounts:

monetization of Flexmoney’s UMAP platform across key enterprise accounts and

segments as defined by the sales strategy. This will require successfully navigating large

enterprise accounts to drive to closure.

Set and Beat Aggressive Revenue and Sales Targets:

towards achieving the revenue targets for merchant adoption, monetization and

commerce distribution in a methodical and predictable manner.

Identify and Close Distribution Licensing Partnerships:

to key accounts and segments, you will be responsible for identifying key partnerships,

negotiating commercials and driving them

Build and Deepen Strong Relationships with Key Accounts & Partners:

you to develop strong relationships with C-level and senior executives in our partner

accounts and across the client / prospect networks of merchants and commerce partners

Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to Drive Successful GTM:

responsible for driving successful GTM adoption in partnership with internal stakeholders

(Product, Engg, Ops, Customer Success) to achieve your sales & revenue targets.


Must Have Qualifications

 7-9 years of proven experience in enterprise sales & relationship management

 Preferably from FinTech, LSP, SaaS, Affordability, Travel, Insurance, OEM industries

 Experience in closing Enterprise Merchant leads a must

 Ability to execute solutions/concept selling

 Strong negotiation and commercial skills

 Good analytical skills

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Industry knowledge & good connections in the market


Other Qualifications:

 Post Graduate Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related

field

 Capability to understand technology and whiteboard a solution to Enterprise Customers

 Excellent customer focus and strong attention to detail

 Relationship-management, strategic account planning, forecasting, quota attainment,

presenting business solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-

term opportunity management

 Collaborative attitude and be adept at working cohesively with your ecosystem such as

Pre-Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, etc
