As we scale globally, we are expanding our Marketing Operations function to strengthen our demand generation infrastructure, automation systems, and GTM analytics.

Role Overview

Marketing Operations Manager

This role blends analytical problem-solving with marketing technology expertise, ensuring seamless integration across marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms. You will collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Sales Ops, and RevOps teams to optimize lead management, improve conversion velocity, and enable data-driven GTM decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Systems & Automation

  • Own and administer Salesforce integrations; design and optimize workflows for lead capture, routing, scoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Maintain data hygiene, segmentation logic, and enrichment using tools like Clearbit, 6sense, and ZoomInfo.
  • Lead tool evaluations, vendor management, and tech-stack documentation.

2. Funnel & Pipeline Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for funnel tracking (MQL SQL Opportunity), campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with RevOps and SalesOps to refine attribution models and measure pipeline velocity, CAC, and ARR.
  • Deliver actionable insights from multi-channel campaigns to optimize spend and targeting.

3. Campaign Operations & Enablement

  • Operationalize multi-channel campaigns (email, events, digital, ABM) through automation workflows.
  • Partner with Demand Gen to align campaign execution with funnel goals and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement testing frameworks to improve conversion rates.

4. Data, Process & Compliance

  • Ensure data consistency and process alignment across CRM, automation, and BI tools.
  • Maintain GDPR, CCPA, and internal data privacy compliance.
  • Document processes, workflows, and SLAs for lead and campaign management.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align definitions, lifecycle stages, and KPIs.
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales Ops to improve lead quality and forecasting accuracy.
  • Support annual planning and quarterly business reviews through GTM analytics.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations / Revenue Operations in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS funnel metrics (MQL SQL Opportunity, ARR, CAC, LTV).
  • Proficiency in data management and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, Bombora).
  • Familiarity with data integration/ETL tools like Segment, Hightouch, or Snowflake.
  • Background in revenue forecasting, GTM analytics, or RevOps alignment.
