Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager, located in Patna with some flexibility for working from home. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, set goals, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Manager will also be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members, driving innovation and efficiency, and maintaining effective communication across departments.

• Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project management
• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
