As the Manager of Human Resources at ENNOVI Mobility Solutions India Pvt Ltd, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure the effective management of the company's workforce. Here is a summary of your key responsibilities, qualifications required, and additional details about the company: Role Overview: - Manpower planning and evaluation of manpower requirements periodically - Planning and executing recruitment activities from end to end - Compensation and Benefit Management - Planning and executing training activities through internal & external sources - Planning and coordinating performance appraisals - Handling Union-related grievances/activities - Initiating programs to support the company's climate and culture - Managing employment services for employees - Providing safety devices and ensuring the safety of employees - Implementing and monitoring welfare activities - Administering the security of the factory and safety of people - Finding CSR requirements and supporting society under CSR funds - Administering public relation activities - Ensuring on-time statutory compliance under PF, ESI, Factories & Labour Dept related laws - Interacting with employees, understanding their requirements, and taking appropriate action - Maintaining MIS of Salary and Attendance related information - Providing salary-related services to employees and managing final settlements - Conducting joining formalities and scheduling induction programs for newly joined employees - Monitoring and driving continuous improvement in 5S of the organization - Monitoring housekeeping of the company through the housekeeping supervisor - Associating with the HR team to achieve process quantifiers & department objectives - Preparation of Competency Matrix and OJT (On the Job Training) of the Operators and Engineers in any new category - Verification & authorization of service providers pertinent to HR & Admin expenses - Arranging vehicles/hotels/travels/VISAs for employees - Ensuring visitors management/pantry management - Arranging celebrations, festivals, poojas, entertainment programs - General administration tasks Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate/MSW/PGD in HR with 10+ years of experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering Industry - Knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Industrial Law - Knowledge of JD & Job Specifications of various positions in the manufacturing industry - Knowledge of 5S - Knowledge of Training activities - People and interpersonal skills - Communication skills - Fluency in Tamil & English (able to read, write, and speak) - Leadership skills - Knowledge of itinerary arrangements - Computer skills (Excel and Word) - Analytical skills - Knowledge of ISO/TS standards - Union exposure is an added advantage ENNOVI Mobility Solutions India Pvt Ltd is a world leader in designing and manufacturing customized interconnect and high-precision system solutions for electric vehicles.
