Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
• Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Drive initiatives for training, career development, and employee retention.
• Maintain and update HR records, reports, and analytics for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a people-focused approach.
