1 Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Plan and execute recruitment for all departments (Sales, Service, Body Shop, Accounts, Admin).
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs.
• Maintain updated manpower strength and attrition reports.

2️ Training & Development

• Coordinate Honda’s dealer-level training programs.
• Identify training needs and ensure timely skill development.
• Track employee performance and training effectiveness.

3️ HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave records.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act).
• Maintain employee files and HR audits.

4️ Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handle grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct engagement activities, welfare programs, and feedback sessions.
• Maintain positive work culture and communication across departments.

5️ Performance & Appraisal

• Implement performance appraisal systems as per Honda standards.
• Coordinate KPI/KRA setting with department heads.
• Recommend promotions, increments, and incentives.

6️ Reporting

• Submit HR dashboards and monthly MIS to management and Honda corporate HR.
• Support dealer audits and compliance reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
