Job Description

As a Manager of Human Resources at ENNOVI Mobility Solutions India Pvt Ltd, based in Sriperumbudur, Chennai, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Manpower planning and evaluation of manpower requirement periodically - Planning and executing recruitment activities (end to end) - Compensation and Benefit Management - Planning and executing the Training activities through internal & external sources - Planning and coordinating Performance Appraisals - Handling Union related grievances / activities - Taking initiatives / programs to support the company's climate and culture - Managing employment services of the employees - Providing safety devises & ensuring safety of employees - Implementing and monitoring welfare activities - Administering the security of factory and safety of people - Finding CSR requirements and Supporting society under CSR funds - Administering public relation activities - Compelling on-time Statutory compliance (Under PF, ESI, Factories & Labour Dept related) - Interacting with employees, understanding, evaluating the requirement and taking appropriate action - On-time submission of salary-related data to the Corporate Office (Bangalore) - Maintaining the MIS of Salary and Attendance related information - Providing Salary-related service to the employees and final settlements - Joining formalities and scheduling Induction program for the newly joined employees - Monitoring and driving continuous improvement in 5S of the organization - Monitoring the Housekeeping of the company through Housekeeping Supervisor - Associating with the HR team to achieve the process quantifiers & department objectives - Preparation of Competency Matrix and OJT (On the Job Training) of the Operators and Engineers any new category - Verification & authorization of Service providers pertinent to HR & Admin expenses - Arrangement of vehicles / Hotels / Travels / VISA for employees - Ensure Visitors management / Pantry Management - Arrangement for celebrations, festivals, pooja, entertainment programs - General Administration You should possess the following skills and competencies: - Knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Industrial Law - Knowledge of JD & Job Specifications of various positions in the manufacturing industry - Knowledge of 5S - Knowledge of Training activities - People, Interpersonal skills - Communication skills - Knowledge of Tamil & English (Able to read, write and speak fluently) - Leadership skills - Knowledge of itinerary arrangements - Computer skills (Excel and Word) - Analytical skills - Knowledge of ISO/TS standards - Union exposure is an added advantage To be eligible for this position, you should have a Postgraduate/MSW/PGD in HR with 10+ years of experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering Industry.,
