Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources & Admin ( Only female candidates )

Reporting to : Executive Director

Job Purpose: To manage human resources functions and maintain healthy industrial relations

within the organization, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations in a fair and consistent manner.

Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management issues.

Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate training programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain competitive compensation structures.

Manage employee benefits programs and communicate benefits information to staff.

Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at both corporate and factory levels.

Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

HR Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership.

Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Salary Process & Statutories:

Manage monthly payroll processing including attendance, leave management, salary inputs, and deductions.

Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for salary disbursement and related reports.

Handle full & final settlements, bonus, incentives, and other pay components.

Health and Safety:

Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Conduct regular safety audits and trainings at the factory site.

Address and resolve any workplace safety issues promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

    • MSW/ MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
    • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Experience: Minimum 9 to12 years of progressive HR experience,

      preferably within the manufacturing sector.
