Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure adherence to all Personnel Policies and Quality systems

2. Recruitment of staff and company roll trainees as per requirement

3. Ensure manpower availability asper customer schedule

4. Preparation of JDs and KRAs for all employees.

5. Devise strategies for training needs assessment, preparation of training calendar and execution of trainings

6. Co-ordination of PMS system as per plan and objective review of KRAs

7. Devise and implement career development plan for employees in all functions

8. Preparation of HR dept. Annual Budget based on business objective

9. Supervise functioning of the P&A department.

10. Ensure legal compliances with maintaining Amicable IR relations

11. To ensure effective implementation of admin related activities.

12. To Implement organizational culture development initiatives

13. To Define and maintain grievance management system

Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
