Ey is hiring for one of its clients! Note- This role is not with EY. Experience -10+ years into HRBP role. Location- Navi Mumbai Education- MBA Should have a team handling experience and global exposure. GSC/GCC background required Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals. Develop and implement HR initiatives to support GSC growth ambition. HR Compliance and Policies: Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management Define proactive approach to understand risks & mitigate Attrition Training and Development: Define effective learning & development plan in liaison with GSC leaders & L&D COE. Identify training needs and enable development plans for employees Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and competencies Talent management Define & implement framework to identify talent Lead the Annual Compensation Review linked to Talent heatmap Enable effective performance appraisal process & enforce organization guidelines through discussions with people managers Enable and implement career development and succession plans Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Develop strategies for fostering a positive work culture
