Job Description

Role Summary:
This role oversees a team of crew who support customer service and administrative activities for Human Resources, developing key metrics and recommendations for improvement in HR operational functions. This role also includes HR operations responsibilities such as managing employment processes, maintaining personnel records, reporting HR statistics, administering rewards programs and overseeing HR outsourcing vendors.
We are looking for someone who can align onboarding processes with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring each milestone is thoughtfully managed to enhance crew experience and engagement. This includes understanding how onboarding impacts long-term success and creating a seamless integration for new hires.
Responsibilities:
  • Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew. Provide guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Monitor capacity and team performance to accommodate HR operational requests and increase efficiency. Coach direct reports and increase business and HR acumen of the team. Develop and review key metrics and take action to improve processes and increase efficiencies. This includes, but is not limited to, staffing models, service levels, quality monitoring, crew feedback reports, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate data administration, data security standards, and Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate escalation and resolution of inquiries and HR operational requests. Monitor direct reports communication with clients and provide feedback and quality assurance.
  • Promote the usage of Human Resources self-service functionalities where possible. Support complex Human Resources operational transactions.
  • Liaison with leaders across HR and the business to communicate to direct reports on process or procedure changes.
  • Monitor trends in inquiries and HR operational projects. Understand the evolving needs of the business and suggest potential improvements for HR operational processes.
  • Oversee administration of HR and rewards programs including employment processes, contract renewals, dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, and retirement procedures.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records including job history, leave, absences, transfers, insurance, and salary progression, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and manage statistical reporting for internal management and external agencies, covering employee demographics, absenteeism, overtime, turnover, and skills inventory.
  • Implement and administer rewards programs, including compensation and employee benefits, while managing relationships with HR outsourcing vendors as required.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations or related HR management roles, preferably including contact center or large team exposure.
  • Bachelors degree (B.Com/ BBA/B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent; a Masters degree or diploma in HR or Business Management is a plus.
  • Strong skills in HR operations, data management, employee lifecycle administration, process improvement, statistical reporting, compliance, vendor management, and team leader.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to make recommendations on Onboarding best practices moving forward.
