Manager - HR Operations

As an HR Operations Manager at Medpark Hospital in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and final settlements. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, gratuity, maternity, and other statutory obligations. - Maintaining and regularly updating employee records, personal files, and HR Management Information Systems (HRMIS). - Supporting talent acquisition strategies to meet department-wise manpower requirements. - Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensuring fair resolution in coordination with department heads. - Implementing HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines aligned with hospital goals and legal frameworks. - Driving employee engagement programs, welfare activities, training & development initiatives. - Coordinating internal/external HR audits, ISO/NABH-related HR compliance, and documentation. - Analyzing HR data and generating reports for senior management on attrition, headcount, manpower budgeting, etc. - Supervising HR team members to ensure smooth daily HR operations.
