Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic HR Manager having 10-12 years of relevant experience who can join immediately to lead our HR Department.

Job Description:

• Leading all the HR related activities starting from hire to retire.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Bridge management and employee relations.
• Manage performance appraisal systems.
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records.
• Manage employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Managing statutory compliances like ESIC, EPF, Gratuity, Annual Returns, Bonus etc.
• Knowledge on payroll processing, leave and attendance management.
• Implementing best HR practices across the organization.
• Employee relations, engagements and conflict resolution.
• Managing Learning & Development activities.
• Develop and Maintain HR Policies.
• Knowledge on HRMS tools.
• Should have good communication skills.
