Position Name: Manager – Finance & Accounts

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Job Description:

• Overseeing all accounts, ledgers ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating all audit activity.
• Consistently analysing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate.
• Overseeing all financials, project and grants accounting; ensuring that expenditures are consistently aligned with grant.
• Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and provide accurate financial information for decision-making.
• Contribute to financial forecasting to help the organization plan for future financial needs.
• Ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• To manage all statutory compliances like TDS, GST, ESIC, EPF, Gratuity, PT etc.
• Review financial reports and advises corrective action accordingly.
• Review and process payments made to clients, employees (salaries), vendors and other business partners.
