Summary The Fundraise & Donor Engagement Sr Manager/Head will be responsible for designing and executing the organization’s fundraising strategy to secure funds from diverse sources, including corporate sponsors, foundations, individual donors etc. This role requires an experienced, proactive individual who can create compelling funding proposals, build long-term partnerships, and meet annual revenue targets. They will collaborate closely with the communications, programs, and finance teams to ensure the alignment of fundraising activities with the organization’s mission and goals. Event Management: Experience in planning and executing successful fundraising events is preferred.
