You will be joining MINDRAY, a leading global provider of medical devices and solutions committed to advancing medical technologies to make healthcare more accessible. With a strong presence in Patient Monitoring & Life Support, In-Vitro Diagnostics, and Medical Imaging System, MINDRAY is dedicated to bringing innovation within reach. As a Manager/ Sr. Manager - Human Resources based in Gurugram at MRIN Corporate HQ, you will report to the Dy. Director- HR and collaborate with India & Global HQ based business & function leaders. You will be part of a shared HR resource team for support. Qualifications Required: - MBA/ PGDM- HR full time from a recognized university/ Institute - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Generalist HR/ HRBP role - Proficiency in both written and spoken English - Strong Presentation & Analytical skills with expertise in Excel and Power Point - Previous experience in a Multinational Organization - Familiarity with HRMS platforms like SF / Workday - Experience in HRBP or generalist HR role in a Sales Organization - Ability to work independently with high ownership levels & process orientation Key Responsibilities: - **Talent Development: MRIN Overall** - Custodian & Process Owner of all L&D initiatives including TNI, IDP's, Training calendar, Developing content & execution etc. - Drive the New Employee Training & onboarding program with Mid & Full-Term Probation reviews, assessments, and feedback communication. Drive the Buddy and Mentorship program through the portal. - Custodian of the LMS & ensure optimum utilization of our LMS & resources. - Execution of all the Learning programs (in-house/ Outhouse / Virtual) in coordination with HQ training framework and customized MRIN Annual training plan - **Culture & Atmosphere building: MRIN Overall** - Drive Employee Pulse Check Interviews, Focused Group discussions & Facilitate Engagement Survey & drive action plans in alignment with HQ. - Drive the Employee communication programs through the release of Mindbuzz Newsletter, Motivation Stories, Healthy Bites, Inspiring case studies, Employee Interviews, Core value champions - Drive the Quarterly And Annual reward & Recognition processes - Lead the planning and communication (in collaboration & through Administration dept.) all Employee Engagement Calendar-wise initiatives - **Performance Management: MRIN Overall** - Manage the entire Performance & Talent review process incl. 9 BOX, 360 close coordination with HQ relevant departments - Process Owner of the Performance Management System (SF + Offline) - Process owner of KPI/ Goal Setting Process & Continuous Perf.
