Manager - HR & Admin

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staffing process, which includes tasks such as recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. It will be your duty to ensure that job descriptions are kept up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. You will be tasked with developing training materials and performance management programs to assist employees in understanding their job responsibilities better. In this role, you will also be required to investigate employee issues and conflicts and work towards resolving them efficiently. Ensuring the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Using performance management tools, you will provide guidance and feedback to the team to help them excel in their roles. Consistency in applying all company HR policies and maintaining updated company organization charts and employee directories will be essential. Collaboration with management to align strategic HR goals with business initiatives is a key aspect of this role. You will need to maintain HR systems and processes while conducting performance and salary reviews for employees. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance to HR staff, analyze trends in compensation and benefits, and design and implement employee retention strategies. The role also includes administrative duties. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work in person.
