Experience : A Minimum of 10 years
of relevant work experience in healthcare administration or operations is commonly required. A General Manager Hospital Administration shall be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the entire facility to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care & compliance with all regulations. Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospital or clinic setting is essential. Experience in financial management, human resources & regulatory compliance is highly valued. Further exposure to the following is also strongly preferred.

Operational Management :
Supervise, Inspect & monitor the daily administrative operations of all hospital departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows which includes House Keeping, IPD, OPD, Bio-Medical Waste, Patient Welfare services etc. The incumbent should be business oriented & try to procure maximum clientage by way of maximizing IPD Services, through Empanelment of various State & Central Government bodies as well as Private & Multi-National Organisations through TPA etc.
Policy Implementation :
Develop, implement & monitor effective policies & procedures for all operational activities.
Financial Oversight :
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, coordinate financial reporting & suggest cost-effective solutions to ensure financial stability. To manage the IPD patients in accordance with the Treatment Plans for varied diseases & its respective package as well as the quantum of amount payable by Government bodies & Private as well as Multinational Organisations.
Human Resources Management :
Assist with the recruitment, training, supervision & performance monitoring of administrative and support staff, serving as a liaison with HR.
Compliance & Risk Management :
Ensure the hospital adheres to all local, state & federal healthcare laws, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.
Coordination & Communication :
Serve as a central point of communication between department heads, medical staff, governing boards & external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, insurance providers).
Resource Management :
Oversee the ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies, manage facilities maintenance, and ensure the effective use of resources.
Strategic Planning :
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategies for hospital growth and improved efficiency.
Outreach Programmes :
Reaching out to the public and dissemination of information regarding the Hospital Services to the common man for spread of awareness about our varied services. Organizing Health & Medical Check Up camps on a regular basis in varied parts of Haryana and adjoining states.
Education :
A minimum of a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master of Public Health (MPH), or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a healthcare concentration, too would be preferred.
