Job Description

Experience :
To oversee projects, supervise other engineers, and sign off on design documents and hands-on site experience of a minimum of 8 10 Years is mandatory. Understanding the execution of construction processes, materials, safety standards and quality control procedures. Further the following is also strongly preferred :
Software Proficiency :
Expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., Auto CAD Civil 3D, Revit, Micro Station) and other engineering tools (e.g., STAAD. Pro, Primavera, GIS, BIM) is crucial for design, planning, and project management, shall be required.
Data Analysis &
Interpretation :
A deep insight & knowledge of Reading the Drawing & interpreting them so that the construction could be carried accordingly. The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from surveys, reports, and tests to inform design decisions and risk assessments.
Project Management :
Skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation & risk management are highly desirable for overseeing projects from start to finish.
Leadership & Teamwork :
The ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, motivate others, and resolve conflicts.
Adaptability & Lifelong Learning :
A willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies, sustainable practices, and evolving industry trends is key to a successful, future-proof career.
Education :
A Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (e.g., structural, environmental, geotechnical engineering) from an accredited institution & or Government recognized institution/s. Computer literacy is preferred additionally.
