• To establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring high-efficiency product manufacturing and 100% customer satisfaction within estimated costs
• Setting up quality systems to fulfill all process and product quality requirements, meeting customer satisfaction goals

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet targets within specified timelines

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance of Procured Items:

• Assure quality of bought-out and sub-contracted items and raw materials.
• Stabilize the incoming process for outsourced parts, set SOPs, and standards for in-house and vendor processes.
• Conduct vendor audits and implement improvement plans through systematic Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Customer Complaint Analysis:

• Analyze customer complaints and implement improvement plans at plant manufacturing and design levels.
• Promptly address marketing queries related to market complaints.

Process Optimization and Standardization:

• Establish robust processes at each manufacturing stage.
• Set up SOPs for all test standards and educate the team.
• Ensure timely conduction of test equipment and test plan.

Operational Management:

• Verify SOPs and product samples as per standards.
• Manage storage, planning, and execution of daily QA operations.
• Communicate with relevant employees to ensure timely completion of quality work.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive initiatives to achieve zero variances in production targets.
• Implement Kaizen and Poke Yoke systems to reduce rejection percentages.
• Lead workforce upgrade programs.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Complete MIS for all units and submit it to management for review.
• Validate monthly quality data, MIS reports, Kaizen, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure safety SOPs and compliances are in place.
• Complaince with export customer and standard requirement.
• Monitor packaging material inventory and requirements.
• Confirm health and safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / CIPET / Diploma Mechanical.
• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in Quality function.
• Preference: Experience in manufacturing (Housewares / Appliances / Automobile Manufacturing).
