Manager - FP&A

• Prepare Annual Budgets, quarterly forecasts, involve other departments, prepare timelines.
• Analyze and explain monthly performance review, sales, Gross Margin, Operating Income (EBIT), NWC, OCF. Bridge to Budget and LY
• Prepare Monthly Business Review Deck with detailed explanations, bridges, walks.
• Gross Margin analysis at customer / product level for all oracle entities, identify, highlight, suggest improvement plans.
• Work with Sales Head on Pricing for new / existing products, sales schemes, and related profitability.
• Review of commercial agreements for new customers, review prices and indicative margins
• Daily Sales dashboard from Business Intelligence, distribute, provide comments.
• Cost saving projects review and link with P&L
• Work with Head Strategy on competition analysis, market trends.
• Work on automation project to simplify complex FP&A work
• Business Intelligence development (Cost center reports / NWC)
• Key accounts and Customer ledger reconciliation, Customer master data management
• Collection forecast, collection follow-up and Credit note working, validation etc
• Validation of customer/distributor claims etc

• 5+ years and above working experience in FP&A, Sales controlling, Business controlling, - from FMCG/ FMCD, Medical devices/ pharmaceutical industries.
