Role Overview:

Lead Finishing Works, Quality Assurance, and Construction Audits

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finishing works (civil, interior, MEP) across all projects.
• Conduct independent audits and quality checks to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and material standards.
• Act as the primary link between Developers and Contractors engineers, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and review site progress, finishing quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Identify and escalate deviations, delays, and quality concerns directly to the Director with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finishing and quality assurance across projects.
• Ensure material inspections, approvals, and usage are as per required standards.
• Provide management reports, audit findings, and quality dashboards to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement, corrective measures, and preventive action plans for contractors.
• Collaborate with procurement, design, and project management teams to maintain quality consistency across all developments.
• Mentor and guide site teams on best practices in finishing and quality management.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred).

• 13+ years

  of experience in real estate construction, finishing works, and quality assurance, with at least

  6+ years

  in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in interior finishing, civil works, and MEP finishing quality checks.
• Strong background in construction audits, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to bridge developers, contractors, and senior management.
• Eye for detail with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects preferred.
