In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference. ### Role Overview: - Provide strategic leadership to design and execute transformation programs aligned with strategic objectives in collaboration with finance stakeholders. - Oversee transformation initiatives integrated with the overall Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. - Facilitate seamless transitions through effective change management and support teams in achieving their strategic goals. - Enhance the finance function by establishing enduring capabilities that professionalize the approach to outcome-based transformation and change management. - Collaborate with organization change management teams to design change impact analysis and accelerate full adoption of products and services for sustained change. ### Key Responsibilities: - Partner closely with other adjacent functions and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and drive service excellence in helpdesk operations. - Coordinate for change management, problem management, and other ITIL processes to ensure holistic service management. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the service management team. - Build strong relationships across Finance and adjacent functions, providing insights to senior leaders, tracking KPIs for strategic PMO initiatives, reporting on transformation success, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Develop long-term capabilities within the transformation and operations teams. ### Qualifications Required: - MBA (or equivalent) and/or CA/CPA (or equivalent). - 8+ years of experience in driving transformation across corporate functions, including 5 years in finance. - Operational understanding of agile/scrum principles of project management, change management, service management, optimization, continuous improvement, and lean methodologies. - Strong knowledge and experience in driving end-to-end transformations across operations, products, and services. - General business understanding and familiarity with the consultant operating model. - Strong entrepreneur with excellent continuous innovation mindset and problem-solving skills. - Strong manager/expert working collaboratively across global functions, leading interdisciplinary ambitious teams, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, perform well under pressure, and meet time-sensitive deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.,
