In this role, you will serve as a servant leader and coach, overseeing Agile ceremonies, eliminating obstacles, and steering the team towards continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating all Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. A strong grasp of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello), and strong communication and conflict resolution abilities are essential. Experience working with distributed or remote teams would be advantageous.
